Tamarie Tigh, Executive Director

Tamarie has spent 30+ years in the field of Alternative & Business Education working for the City of National City, Public Libraries, School Districts, the San Diego County Office of Education, ABDO Publishing, and some of today’s Leading Business Entrepreneurs.

Tamarie is the mother of 5 adult children and grandma to 10 lovely grandkids. She is thrilled to share her Interactive Education and Motivational Management expertise as well as her experience working with people challenged with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, and more.

Kerry Mensior, Secretary

Kerry is the Executive Director of the International De-Escalation Association (IDEA). He is a 30-year Law Enforcement Veteran, that spent 9 years in the US Navy Submarine Service, is a former Firefighter, current EMT, and retired as a Police Sergeant from the San Diego Police Department.

He currently shares his De-Escalation, Crisis Intervention, and Conflict Resolution expertise as a college professor.

Rouchelle Cota, Treasurer

Rouchelle worked for the Tucson Police Department for 15 years, first as a Police Service Operator (Call Taker) and then as a Police Service Dispatcher. She also spent several years as a member of the Peer Support team where she supported her co-workers during crises after working on stressful calls with citizens or dispatching officers to those calls. Rouchelle is now retired.

She has two adult children and three dogs. She loves animals and has a passion for adopting dogs through rescue groups.
